Where they were stuck.
Planning an event usually means hunting for suppliers, booking through manual back-and-forth and sorting out payments between clients and creatives. Event Cloud needed one workflow that suited both organisers and service providers.
How we shipped it.

Designed the platform around the whole booking flow: discovery, comparison, reservation, payment and ongoing management.

Gave creatives their own tools in the same system, with profiles, availability management and an overview of their bookings.

Added flexible payments. Clients can reserve, part-pay or pay in full depending on the event date and their needs.

Included admin controls and dispute handling so both clients and creatives can trust the bookings.
