Website health monitoring for small teams
Uptime Monitor tracks website health for companies, small businesses and individuals. It runs a broad set of checks, and a dashboard shows the check results and service status.

Where they were stuck.
Website monitoring tools are often too expensive or too technical for small teams. We wanted Uptime Monitor to offer more checks at a lower price, be easy to use, and stay maintainable over time.
How we shipped it.

Started with a competitive analysis to find where existing monitoring tools were too expensive, too limited or too complex for the people we wanted to serve.

Built the dashboard so companies and individuals could understand and run their monitoring without specialist knowledge of monitoring tools.

Chose Vue and Laravel so the stack would be easy to upgrade, extend and hand over to other developers later.

Set it up as a standalone product and as an add-on for our clients, so we could reuse the same monitoring across our services.
