Larapack is a plugin repository for Voyager, the Laravel admin panel. Developers can find, submit and install admin extensions in one place, so Voyager core stays small.

Where they were stuck.
Voyager needed to grow past its base features without turning the core admin panel into a heavy all-in-one system. Developers wanted reusable extensions, but there was no single place to share or find them.
How we shipped it.

Set up Larapack as a repository for Voyager plugins, called hooks, so extensions could live outside the core package.

Built it for both sides. Developers publish and share plugins, and Voyager users browse and install them from one place.

Kept the focus on small, modular hooks so Voyager could stay lean and still be very customisable.

Kept Larapack open source, so developers could collaborate on hooks for real business use cases.
